Shipping Policy

All standard ArtexCustoms orders require 5–7 business days for processing after the order is placed. Bulk orders require 10–15 business days for processing. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping transit time is separate from processing time and begins once the carrier accepts the package.

After a package has been accepted by the carrier, ArtexCustoms is not responsible for the carrier’s shipping procedures, processing, transit delays, routing, or delivery schedule. Questions or concerns regarding an in-transit package should be directed to the carrier using the tracking information provided.
